Returns and exchanges
Each sign is printed and checked to order, so the policy is built around honest fixes for damaged, defective, or incorrect pieces.
Made-to-order pieces
Samps signs are not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Each aluminum piece is made to order, which means personalized and custom work usually cannot be returned because of a change of mind after production starts.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can. If the sign has not moved into production yet, we will do our best to help before it is printed.
Damage, defects, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect, or is not the item you ordered, email us with your order details and clear photos of the sign and packaging.
We will review the issue and work toward a practical fix, which may be a replacement, an exchange, or another order-specific resolution.
Before sending anything back
Please contact us before mailing a sign back. We need to look up the order and confirm the right next step so the return or exchange does not get delayed.
